How does Postbird's payment system work?
At Postbird, we work with a simple and transparent prepaid payment system. This means that you must pre-load a balance in your Postbird account before you can use our services.
Please note that your Postbird account must have sufficient balance in order to make shipments. You can recharge your balance at any time to continue uninterrupted use of our services.
When?
Invoices are automatically generated on the first day of each new month.
The invoice is sent by email to the accounting email address in your profile.
Invoices are also always available in your Postbird account.
Invoices are only generated for accounts with a VAT number.
What?
Invoices include all shipments from the last month.
Invoices do not include top-ups or the balance. These can always be viewed in your Postbird account.
Pro forma invoices
Customers who wish to can have a pro forma invoice created. This will also appear in the list of invoices in your Postbird account.
