Payment methods

You can pay electronically with Bancontact, IDeal, VISA and Mastercard. If you regularly send large quantities of documents, please contact us to discuss the possibility of payment by bank transfer.

Which features do I have to pay extra for?

Everyone can use all Postbird features.  You pay nothing for these features.  Only the sending, printing and archiving costs (if chosen) will be charged per document.  This is fair and transparent.

Discount codes

Did you receive a discount code?  You can enter the discount code in the payment window by first clicking on the green pencil. Enter the code and check if Postbird recognizes it.

Administration fee

Postbird charges a €0.50 administration fee for every charge lower than €10. So if you make a charge from €10, this fee is dropped.
