1. Desktop Tool

The Postbird desktop tool provides a convenient way to send documents automatically. Here's how it works:

Folders by Shipping Type: Upon installation, the desktop tool will automatically create different folders for different shipping types, such as registered mail, color printing, recto-verso documents, and more. These folders will help you select the desired shipping method.
Place the Document in the Right Folder: To send a document, simply place it in the corresponding folder. For example, if you want to send a document registered, in color with recto-verso printing, place it in the 'Registered_Color_Double-Sided' folder. The desktop tool will recognize the document and start the sending process automatically.
Automatic Sending: Once the document is in the correct folder, the desktop tool will automatically detect it and send it via Postbird. This saves you time and effort, and ensures that your documents are always sent correctly.
